On Tuesday, the 19th of April, 2016. Mr. Yousif Goran, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Kurdistan Regional Government, stated the importance of changing the system of graduate studies in Kurdistan to the electronic system which will be reflected positively on universities, the Ministry and also on the work of the government of Kurdistan region regarding managing and creating efficient plans to raise the level of graduate studies and gain more efficiency to solve problems.
